The group was founded in October/2010 and our primary goal is to use computational biology and genomic methods to understand how evolution shapes genomes and biological networks. The ultimate goal is to help elucidate the molecular components (and their interactions) underlying the complexity of biological systems. To achieve this goal, we integrate a variety of high-throughput datasets using computational biology methods. for details, please refer to our Research page and to our list of publications.
