RESOURCES

The group is actively involved in the development of bioinformatics tools, including interactive gene expression atlases and R packages for data analysis, network reconstruction, and visualization. These tools aim to support the scientific community by providing accessible and efficient resources for exploring complex biological data.

BioNERO

BioNERO is an R/Bioconductor package designed to streamline network analysis by integrating key steps such as data preprocessing, network inference, functional analysis, and intra- and interspecies network comparisons.

SoyFungi

SoyFungiGCN is an R package featuring a Shiny app that enables users to explore a gene coexpression network derived from soybean tissues infected with phytopathogenic fungi, supporting the discovery of genes involved in plant-fungal interactions.

SoyPestGCN

SoyPestGCN is an R package featuring a Shiny app that allows users to explore a gene coexpression network generated from soybean tissues infested with insect pests, facilitating the identification of genes associated with plant-insect interactions.

Cannabis Expression Atlas

The Cannabis Expression Atlas is a web tool for exploring gene expression in Cannabis sativa, based on 394 high-quality RNA-seq samples, supporting research on cannabinoid biosynthesis, fiber production, sex determination, and plant development.

Soybean Expression Atlas v1

The Soybean Expression Atlas v1 is a curated collection of 1,298 publicly available soybean RNA-seq samples, offering a valuable resource for investigating gene expression patterns across various tissues, conditions, and developmental stages.

Soybean Expression Atlas v2

The Soybean Expression Atlas is a comprehensive atlas of over 5,000 publicly available soybean RNA-seq samples, providing an integrated resource for exploring gene expression profiles across diverse tissues, developmental stages, and experimental conditions.
